Iana Clarence, Program Coordinator, Community Health and Advocacy Education at Children’s National Health System
“I am proud to be a Mason alumna. It’s a great feeling knowing that my alma mater continues to be a leader in efforts to improve health in the region. I am always open to bridging the college to career pipeline for Mason students,” says Clarence who received her BS in Health Administration from CHHS in 2014 and is passionate about maternal and child health.
Clarence was an active member of the Mason community, serving as a resident assistant, an active member of the Caribbean Student Association, and a mentor in the Office of Diversity, Inclusion, and Multi-Cultural Education during her time as an undergraduate. She remains an active member of the Northern Virginia community serving in multiple health organizations such as the National Association of Health Services Executives and Women in Healthcare.
