Notice of Accreditation
George Mason University’s College of Public Health is an applicant for accreditation by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH).
On December 4 – 6, 2024, the college hosted a site visit that included external reviewers from accredited schools of public health and a practitioner background. On June 9 – 11, 2025, the Council will make an accreditation decision at their spring meeting. After the meeting, CEPH will notify the college of their decision within 30 days.
