Ready to be a Mason: Health Starts Here Champion?
Thank you for your interest in the Mason: Health Starts Here cohort study! This study will explore on some of the most common health issues affecting students in college. By participating you are helping us understand students’ mental and physical health, your experiences and perspectives, and a host of factors that may affect college success and leading a healthy and fulfilling life. Our hope is to better design programs to help young adults! Participating involves two components: an online survey and an in-person visit to complete a health evaluation in the Peterson Population Health Center, Fairfax Campus. You will receive $50 as a thank you for participating and you will receive personalized feedback about your health.
Eligibility to join our study is limited to freshmen who are ages 18-24. If you are interested in joining please contact HSH@gmu.edu.
