Mason and Partners (MAP) Clinics

The programs and services offered by George Mason University are open to all who seek them. George Mason University's Mason and Partners (MAP) interprofessional clinics serve the uninsured and refugee community within Prince William and Fairfax counties in Northern Virginia. These bridge-care model free clinics in Manassas and Culmore provide health care, school physicals, screenings, and mental health services for vulnerable populations in low-income and medically underserved areas (MUA). The ambulatory clinics provide to community referrals, resources, and case management for medical home placement; wellness and integrated care workshops; and group care for chronic disease management and education.

La Universidad George Mason y Socios (MAP) Clinicas interprofecionales prestan servicio a los no asegurados, y comunidades de refugiados dentro de los condados Principe William y Fairfax en el Norte de Virginia. Este modelo Puente de Cuidado con clinicas gratuitas, localizadas en Manassas y Culmore, proveen cuidado de salud, examenes fisicos escolares, examenes iniciales y servicios  de salud mental para las poblaciones vulnerables localizadas en areas de ingresos bajos y areas medicamente subservidas (MUA). Las clinicas ambulatorias proveen a la comunidad con referidos, recursos y administracion de casos para asignar servicios referidos para asignar instituciones de cuidado medico; bienestar de Salud y talleres de servicios de cuidados integrados; ademas, cuidado en grupo para administrar enfermedades cronicas y educacion.

The Mason and Partners Clinic are active members of both The National Association of Free & Charitable Clinics (NAFC) and The Virginia Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (VAFCC).
