“I'm grateful to have thoughtful and creative teaching mentors in Global and Community Health who have helped me to grow as an instructor.  Also, our public health students bring so much energy and passion to the classroom, it is an absolute joy to teach biostatistics in GCH!” said Krall.

“I’m honored to be recognized as a Teacher of Distinction and excited to continue to incorporate innovative curricular approaches to engage with students both in and outside of the classroom,” von Fricken said.

Krall and von Fricken were honored during the Stearns Center’s Celebration of Teaching Excellence on May 2.
