The 18-credit hour Global Health Graduate Certificate provides students with competencies and applicable skills to promote health in a global context, emphasizing comparative global health metrics; the socioeconomic, environmental, and other risk factors associate with transnational health concerns; and ethical and effective strategies for preventing and controlling infectious and non-communicable diseases in diverse populations.

How to Apply
Current George Mason graduate students: Most graduate students already at Mason can add the certificate after writing a short statement about their interest in the program, which is reviewed by the faculty in Department of Global and Community Health.
