Biography
Ms. Kelly Kim is the Operations and Budget Manager for the Department of Global and Community Health. She’s passionate about managing budgets efficiently and supporting faculty and students with their fiscal needs, and she takes pride in being a reliable fiscal steward. Kelly enjoys finding solutions to complex problems and streamlining processes to make operations run more smoothly.
She brings extensive experience in budget management and in leading global projects within the government sector, including roles at Fairfax County Park Authority, the Australian Embassy and the Korea Trade and Investment Promotion Agency. Her diverse background adds a global perspective and a strong commitment to effective financial and operational management.
