March 24, 2014 - More than a dozen students and faculty members from the Department of Nutrition and Food Studies recently made the six-hour drive to McDowell County, W.Va., to raise awareness among grandparents and grandchildren about nutritional food choices, menu planning, shopping and meal preparation. Feeducation™, designed by George Mason University’s College of Health and Human Services’ Department of Nutrition and Foods Studies, has been launched in West Virginia and could be modeled across the country.
