Mary Cunningham is the associate director of marketing and communications for the College. She loves supporting the College and its faculty by promoting faculty research and spotlighting faculty, student, and alumni achievements in various online channels. Growing up in Fairfax, Mary is thrilled to be a part of the wonderful Mason community that she has seen thrive over the years.
Student Affairs Coordinator, CPH
Alma Detten, MPH, supports the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) by processing academic actions, creating and disseminating general updates on academic policies, and triaging student advising needs. In her role, Alma also manages the OSA office, budget, and supports the College of Public Health's special events. Alma comes from a Public Health background with 10+ years of experience in customer service and administrative duties.

Associate Director of Graduate Admissions, CPH
Frances (Frannie) Dove is the Associate Director of Graduate Admissions for the College of Public Health. In her role, she supports the recruitment efforts for all graduate programs and provides guidance and support to students from pre-admission through graduation.
Director of Social Work Services, Mason and Partners (MAP) Clinics, School of Nursing
Sharolyn Dugger joined the GMU Social Work faculty in 2015 as the Field Education Director. She received her MSW from the University of Kansas and practiced community social work for 13 years.
Sr. Grants Administrator, CPH
Joshua Fleck has over a decade of experience in higher education handling budget, finance, HR, and procurement using sponsored and non-sponsored funds. Prior to joining the College of Public Health in 2020, he worked at George Washington University handling various portfolios in their Schools of Medicine, Public Health, Education, Arts & Sciences, and working for the Office of the President.
ECOP Community Peer Specialist Coordinator, Nursing
Caitlyn Fulcher is an ECOP Community Peer Specialist coordinator for the College of Public Health, School of Nursing. She is a Registered Peer recovery specialist through the Virginia Board of Counseling. Her primary role with George Mason University is the site coordinator of the ECOP program located in Chesterfield County.

Andrew Furr is the Research Administrator for the Office of Research. He has over a decade of experience serving in various finance roles within higher education operations at both two-year and four-year institutions, including Northern Virginia Community College and George Mason University.

Claudia Giliberti is the Financial Analyst for the Department of Health Administration and Policy within the College of Public Health. She has over 15 years of experience in public higher education and currently supports the Department with purchasing, budgeting and financial reporting, using both sponsored and non-sponsored funds.
